Our ordering process offers you worldwide destination delivery options during checkout, where you will also be able to review your entire order ‚Äď address, location, and all ‚Äď before pressing submit to complete your transaction.

Delivery/Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated depending on destination, and we encourage you to either find your location on the table below, or contact us through our Customer Service page for further information.

For more control over the delivery process of your orders, we provide Courier Delivery services by all major courier companies including Royal Mail‚Äď i.e. Fedex, UPS, Interlink, DHL Express,etc . This ensures optimum customer service, and a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched for delivery.

Delivery Time

We strive for promptness and efficiency for deliveries ‚Äď however, specific delivery times are dependent on locations. Weather conditions and airport customs could also be a factor in the quick-as-possible delivery of your¬†newly-ordered¬†items.


Delivery/Shipping Restrictions

There are some items, such as aerosols, fragrances, and nail varnishes that are considered dangerous goods in overseas countries, making them impossible to ship. While we do indeed ship most orders worldwide, the legislations in these countries prohibit the shipping of certain products.

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will let you know ‚Äď either by email or phone ‚Äď before the order is processed.


Lost or Undelivered Items

Parcels are considered ‚Äúlost‚ÄĚ by our standard delivery service once they have been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders, and 21 working days for international orders. Although most orders do not take this amount of time to arrive, however please note that we cannot dispatch a replacement, or issue a refund until this period of time has expired. We highly recommend that you choose either Next Working Day Delivery if you are in the UK or Courier Delivery, to ensure that your parcel arrives quickly and safely.


Special notes for Delivery/Shipping on International Orders

You may be liable for local taxes and obligations upon the receipt of your order, depending on the destination country of your orders. UKcosmeticz will not accept liability for country fees or taxes.

Duties, obligations, charges, and taxes for non-European Union countries are not included in the processing, ordering, and shipping costs of your order. These charges are YOUR responsibility, and we recommend researching the country’s customs, taxes, and policies before placing your order outside of the EU.


Wrong Address / Corrections

We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. If you would like any additional information about deliveries to the UK or internationally, please, contact our customer service team using one of the contact options.
