    • Q 1. I’ve entered my username/password but it doesn’t seem to be working?
      Ans 1. Check the spelling of your email address and your password. Passwords are case sensitive.
      If you are still unable to log in please see here for more information on how to request a new password.
    • Q 2. I’ve forgotten my password – What do I do?
      Ans 2. All you need to do is use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link under the login details. You will need to enter your e-mail address and a new password will be sent to you so you can log in.
    • Q3. How do I change my account details?
      Ans 3. Just log in to ‘My Account’ at Superdrug.com. Once signed in you will be able to change your address details, password and e-mail address in your account settings.
    • Q4. I don’t want to receive marketing e-mails from Superdrug, how do I stop them?
    • Ans 4. All you need to do is log in to ‘My Account’ at UKcosmeticz.com and you will be able to change your “communication options” in your account settings.
      Alternatively, there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of all the marketing e-mails we send.
    • Q5. How do I close my account?
    • Ans 5. Should you need to close your account, please write to us or email us.
